LSTCart Pre-Launch Scheme – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
  • Only registered business partners with valid GSTIN.
  • Applicable for Dealers, Resellers, System Integrators.
  • Retail customers not allowed.
  • Company reserves approval rights.
2. Scheme Period
  • Valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026.
  • No benefits outside this period.
3. Ordering & Platform Usage
  • Orders must be placed via LSTCart platform only.
  • Offline orders not eligible.
  • Platform available 24×7.
4. Reward Points System
  • Points based on eligible product categories.
  • Calculated on value excluding GST.
  • Category-wise points may vary.

6. Redemption Rule
Only ONE reward will be given based on highest achieved points.
  • Rewards are not cumulative.
  • 50 points → ₹1500 only
  • 400+ points → Trip only
7. Payment Condition
  • Points valid after full payment clearance.
  • Credit partners must clear dues by 30 July 2026.
  • Pending payments may disqualify rewards.
8. Reward Distribution
  • Rewards given after scheme completion.
  • Partner event may be आयोजित.
  • Trip subject to company scheduling.
9. Wheel of Discount
  • Random discount per order.
  • System generated and final.
  • Not convertible to cash.
10. Stock & Delivery
  • Stock usually available.
  • Out-of-stock orders may be adjusted.
  • Delivery timeline may vary.
11. Misuse & Disqualification
  • Fraud or misuse leads to disqualification.
  • Company may audit transactions.
12. Modification Rights
  • Company can modify or terminate scheme anytime.
  • Reward structure may change if required.
13. General Conditions
  • Rewards are non-transferable.
  • Cashback as per company policy.
  • Participation means acceptance of T&C.
14. Jurisdiction
Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction applies.
